«I worked professionally all over the world for many years. Time and again, I arrived at locations at which signs with special destinations were to be found, for example in Key West, Florida or at the southernmost point in China in the island city of Sanya. And so my idea was born to portray my places of longing as a sign, in the most elegant and perfect design. In addition to my successful self-employment for many years in the field of mechanical engineering, I am delighted to be able to realise this project that lies so close to my heart together with my partner Claudia.»
